The Pork Shop will endeavour to either refund the customer the full product price or provide replacement goods if the customer is not satisfied with the service provided, this is providing we are notified of the problem within 48 hours of receipt of the produce and comes within the parameter of our control. Please note we do not deliver to the Outer Hebrides and other places. The Pork Shop use a 3rd party courier to carry out the delivery process.
